Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping & Returns Policy

Most items ship directly from our studio. For select large furniture pieces, we partner with trusted makers to ship directly to you, allowing us to offer premium cabin-inspired furniture without the limitations of warehouse storage. This allows us to offer a thoughtfully curated collection of cabin-inspired goods without holding excess inventory.


Shipping

  • Delivery times vary by item and location

  • Shipping costs (if applicable) are shown at checkout

  • Furniture and oversized items may ship via freight

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order ships

Because items may ship from different suppliers, orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages.


Returns

We want you to love your purchase. Return eligibility depends on the type, size, and shipping method of the item. Return eligibility may vary by item and manufacturer. All returns must be approved by us. Please review the details below before placing your order.


Furniture Return Policy (Tiered)

Small Furniture & Accent Pieces

Smaller furniture items shipped via standard carriers—such as stools, benches, small accent tables, and similar accent pieces—may be eligible for return.

Conditions:

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • A 15–20% restocking fee may apply

  • Return eligibility may vary by item and manufacturer


Large Furniture & Freight-Shipped Items

Due to size, weight, and shipping costs, large furniture and items shipped via freight are final sale and not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Beds, dressers, large tables, and bulky seating

  • Oversized items

  • Freight-shipped furniture

Furniture and freight items are final sale due to the nature of their size and shipping requirements.


Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Furniture and freight-shipped items

  • Oversized items

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

  • Seasonal and holiday décor purchased on sale, including Christmas décor


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To report damage or defects:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include your order number

  • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging

We will work with the manufacturer to arrange a replacement or refund when applicable. Damage reported after 48 hours may not be eligible for resolution.

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • A brief explanation of the reason for the return

  • Photos, if the item is damaged or defective

We will respond to all return requests within 24 hours. If your return is approved, return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided.


Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Many of our items are handcrafted or made using natural materials

  • Variations in color, grain, texture, or finish are part of their character and are not considered defects
